Originally designed as a tattoo concept for a friend, this piece depicts a metal cross, symbolizing solidarity and strength. Just behind the cross is a halo, which reads, “Patris,” Father, “Filii,” Son, & “Spiritus Sancti,” Holy Spirit. The message of this work is that strength and solidarity can be found in Christ and the Trinity, even when one feels forged in fire like steel.
